Further, to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on November 12, 2024 has allotted 602797 equity shares upon conversion of 3 FCCBs and Board of directors vide their Board Meeting held on February 13, 2025 has allotted 69337062 equity shares upon conversion of 337 FCCBs. As on date of this report, the Board of Directors has approved the conversion of 340 FCCBs.
